1. Program description
Kimlay's Barber Shop uses SMS text messaging to respond to customer inquiries, coordinate and confirm appointments, send appointment reminders and follow-ups, and request feedback after a visit.
2. How you opt in
You may receive text messages from us if you: (a) call our business phone number, including calls we are unable to answer; (b) send us a text message; or (c) submit our website contact form, which discloses that you will receive an SMS reply. By doing any of the above, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your inquiry.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Typically you will receive a small number of messages related to your inquiry or appointment.
4. Fees
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, we will not send you further messages.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.
